The pool was amazing, especially the lazy river section where you can spend days having fun. The common areas are cool and spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The view from the room was breathtaking, unbeatable in Pattaya. The breakfast had a great selection and the water park was also fantastic. As a tourist, I loved my 4th visit to this hotel and would definitely return for the water park.

During my stay, I was impressed by the amazing location of this hotel. It was located in a serene environment and had direct access to the sea. Additionally, the hotel was located within close proximity to the Terminal21 shopping mall, making it easy to enjoy some shopping. The rooms were spotless and well equipped with modern facilities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, enabling me to stay connected throughout my stay.

One downside I noticed was that the check-in process was a bit slow, delaying access to my room.

I loved my stay at Centara Grand. The room was spacious and clean. Although the breakfast buffet was crowded, there were many tasty food options. Even though I had an issue with my hair dryer, the staff were helpful and efficient in resolving it. I would recommend this hotel.

The Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya - Sha Extra Plus is absolutely stunning with a beautiful building and breathtaking gardens. The pools are clean and the rooms are of high quality, complete with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially at the Japanese restaurant and the beach restaurant. The kids' facilities are impressive, making it a great choice for families. The front desk team, particularly Anna and Timofei, were very supportive and attentive to detail. The ocean and city views from the room were amazing. The pool facilities were like a water park, perfect for families with young children. The hotel also has a great kids play area and a good kids club. The food, especially at the pool restaurant, was amazing. The hotel's location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven and a cheap massage shop nearby. a highly recommended hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

the service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the spa center was a dream come true with a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers offered a perfect view of the beachfront. the focal point was the fantastic restaurant, offering mouth, watering buffet breakfast, BBQ facilities, and a snack bar. the private facilities offered make it an exclusive hotel, and the entertainment options and location were both unbeatable.

Spent our Christmas getaway with family and had a great time. Our kids enjoyed the water park and kid-friendly activities. the breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including some vegetarian choices. We also appreciated the complementary shuttle service around the area and the free Wi-Fi.

the hotel's location was a bit far from the city center and took around 15 minutes by taxi to the main attractions and night markets.

Excellent experience for families with great amenities including water park, games room, and kids club. Helpful and attentive staff, with great response times for services e.g. room cleaning. Delicious food and beverages, especially when getting a discount with a voucher. Good location by the coast. Inviting, stylish interior design and comfortable rooms.
