We chose Centara for its family-friendly reputation and were not disappointed. The staff quickly accommodated our request for a room change and even gave us a free upgrade to a spacious villa. The cleanliness of the room and the delicious food at the restaurants exceeded our expectations. The three pools, especially the main one with its thrilling slide, were a hit with our kids. The well-maintained gardens provided a peaceful ambience, and the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants was a bonus.

I recently stayed at Centara Resort Phuket for 7 days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with shops, pubs and restaurants just a short walk away. The pool was refreshing and the nearby beach was only a 2-minute walk. The staff, especially Nook and Chai, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were upgraded to a beautiful 5-star room by the pool for a small additional fee. The day spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing and serene experience. I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent xmas at a resort with amazing breakfast and swim-up bars in the pools. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and close to the beach. Room had beautiful views and balcony. Great for families with a children's pool. Enjoyed the spa massage and excursions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A mix-up with the room caused inconvenience and disappointment. Some areas needed maintenance, such as broken taps and a run-down pool area.
