I had a fantastic stay at a resort in Thailand. When I arrived late, the front office staff warmly greeted me and provided refreshing drinks. The hotel location was perfect, tucked away from the busy boulevards, ensuring a quiet and serene atmosphere. The resort had all the necessary amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a water park, gym, and game tables. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast options catered to different tastes. The highlight of my stay was the memorable dining experience with live entertainment, including a live band and traditional Thai dances. The staff regularly maintained the grounds, keeping the resort neat and tidy. Despite a minor hiccup with the malfunctioning A/C, the technician promptly fixed it. I highly recommend this resort for a fantastic holiday experience.

We recently stayed at Centara in Kata Beach for a week-long family vacation. The 2 bed family suite was spacious and well-equipped, with robes, flip flops, slippers, and even a beach/pool bag. The room also had a microwave, large fridge, and cooking area. The hotel had three pools, including one specifically for kids with a slide and music. The staff was exceptionally friendly and even surprised me with a birthday cake. The location was great, with restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach was easily accessible with a free shuttle or a leisurely 15-minute walk. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with different items offered each day. We would definitely return to this resort!

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and just a 10-minute walk from the beach, or there is a free bus available. The staff was exceptional, especially Nan, Milk, Ging, Kanin, Jane. They were always kind, respectful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The manager, Pam, was also warm and welcoming. We were even offered a bigger room when we had to change due to a broken AC.

We got excellent value for our money with a free upgrade to a one-bedroom suite, which had a separate living room and a nice view of the private adults only pool. The room decoration was bright and pleasant. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the beautiful Kata Beach. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Nan, Milk, Ging, Kanin, Jane. Pam, the hotel manager, was also very warm and welcoming every time we saw her.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast experience better is if there were more bacon available. It's a small thing, but it would have been nice to have a plentiful supply of crispy bacon.

Having traveled extensively in Thailand, I can confidently say that the staff at Centara Villas Phuket are the warmest and most welcoming I have encountered. The genuine greetings, smiles, and helpfulness of the staff made me feel right at home. The resort is situated in a hilly area, but transportation is readily available. There are three fantastic pools, including one perfect for kids, and the addition of a shuttle to Kata beach was a great convenience. The location is also ideal, with restaurants and outdoor food markets nearby. I would definitely return to this resort!

I loved meeting other guests and families, it was awesome. The pools were fantastic, perfect for swimming, playing, and cooling off. There was a little street nearby with multiple massage shops to choose from. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly.
