Mind-blowing hotel in a super convenient location, jaw-droppingly stunning with a Zen vibe. Lovely staff and excellent spa.

The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our happiness. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the city, close to historic temples. The interiors had a traditional style that we really enjoyed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic amenities. The hotel was very clean and all the employees were polite, helpful, and friendly. The central location allowed us to easily visit the city center by foot.

Felt right at home, with the staff always willing to help.

The hotel is in a great location, close to various schools, night markets, and popular tourist attractions outside the old city. It's also conveniently situated in the city center, making it easy to access all the temples in the area. The rooms were comfortable and nicely designed, with wooden slat floors and a spacious bathroom equipped with a strong shower and essential amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to assist. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options to start the day.

There was a bit of noise from a nearby party during our stay, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty, with the staff always ready to accommodate my needs. the luxurious amenities fulfilled my every desire, with a rejuvenating massage and exceptional spa treatments. I particularly enjoyed lounging under the sun on the comfortable sun terrace, overlooking the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool that provided a refreshing break from the hot weather.

My only minor complaint was the limited options provided in the restaurant's special diet menus. this was a minor drawback in an otherwise perfect stay at this hotel.

They even accommodated our special requests. the hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining Traditional Thai and Modern styles. the lush green surroundings make it feel like a mini resort. the breakfast, although simple, was enjoyable with a variety of options. I particularly loved the free afternoon tea, which offered a selection of delicious teas. I was very impressed with this hotel and will definitely be returning.

The service provided throughout our stay was top-notch, and the hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect. The pool and garden area were beautiful, and the restaurant and café offered delicious meals. The tour desk was extremely helpful in organizing our excursions. I highly recommend this hotel for a blissful stay in Chiang Mai.

The hotel offered impressive complementary drinks and breakfast with diverse options. the location was unbeatable as we were near to famous landmarks and night markets; it was perfect for exploring. we benefited from the availability of a perfectly sized salt water swimming pool to refresh during the morning time.

There was a lack of sufficient storage and sitting areas in the room; understandable since it was small, but could be inconvenient for long-term stays.

Excellent location in the heart of old town near temples, restaurants, and bars. Staff speaks good English and provides detailed instructions. Extensive breakfast buffet and tasty Thai lunch and dinner options. Perfect size saltwater swimming pool. Strong shower with amenities and non-slip mat. Easy crawling for young kids with wooden slat floors. High chair and cot provided. Would definitely return.
