We stayed at a hotel just outside the city center, which was very convenient for us as we wanted to explore the shopping centers in the area. The location was great, as we were within walking distance of Central Plaza and UD Town. The room we had was clean and comfortable, with a connecting door to our friends' room. The staff at the breakfast service were friendly, and we enjoyed a variety of options to choose from on the menu.

There were some noise issues due to the nearby karaoke clubs, which disrupted our sleep at times.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from UD Town and with Central Plaza shopping mall nearby. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff provided good service and the breakfast offered a variety of Thai dishes. The hotel has a pool and other facilities for guests to enjoy.

Easter surprise at a fantastic price! the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of local Thai dishes and the option for eggs cooked to order. the pool area was a great place to relax, with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. the hotel offered complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which was a nice bonus. the hotel is located near a large shopping centre and is within a walking distance to a bus station.

The room felt a bit dated. the bed was not the most comfortable and could have been larger.

I recently stayed at Charoen Hotel for a business trip and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The newly refurbished rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great sleeping experience. The TV had a good selection of interesting stations, and the spacious bathroom felt luxurious. The hotel's location was perfect, with shops, bars, and a shopping mall just a short 5-10 minute walk away. The pool area was great, and the hotel also offered evening entertainment in both the hotel and restaurant. I was very happy with my stay at Charoen Hotel.
