We had a wonderful stay at Chatrium. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble with our card during check-in. The spacious and well-equipped room was perfect for me and my kids. We enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast and the convenient location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The highlight was the impressive swimming pool, perfect for both adults and young children. We will definitely choose Chatrium again when we visit.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including both Western and Asian choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they spoke English fluently.

I was really impressed with the location of this hotel. It is really close to some major tourist attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The different towers of the hotel provide a unique experience for guests, with each tower offering something different. I loved the fact that it is not on the main road, as it creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from. a great place to stay for a city break!

One small downside was that the gym only had dumbbells up to 20kg. It would have been great to have heavier options for those looking for a more intense workout.

I had a wonderful family holiday at Chatrium Residence. The refurbished two-bedroom deluxe room was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. The breakfast each morning was fabulous, with a variety of options and fresh fruit. The location was great, with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. We also enjoyed eating at the nearby Ter Sab Woey Shop, which served the best Thai food we've ever tasted. The pool bar staff were friendly and made delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday in Bangkok.

The prices at the hotel restaurant can be considered pricey.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of fresh, tasty food. the location was perfect for exploring the city and transportation services were always safe, consistent and reasonably priced. the pool and gardens were absolutely stunning with great facilities and breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The bar service was somewhat lacking, but the cold beers were still enjoyable. the gym had limited hours, which could be inconvenient for busy schedules.

Our room was soundproofed and had a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and air conditioning. The pool area was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there were many options for dining.
