We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and safe during our visit. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of amenities that catered to our needs. We were pleased with the convenient parking and transportation options, as the hotel is located on a major boulevard with easy access to many shops and attractions. The hotel's location, close to the corniche, shopping districts, and numerous offices, was ideal for exploring this city. We were especially impressed with the delicious and extensive breakfast options provided.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly and helpful concierge who welcomed us to the hotel. The location, just a few blocks from the Abu Dhabi Corniche, made it convenient to explore the city. The staff, including Camilla and Mustafa at the reception, were attentive and made us feel well taken care of. The executive lounge on the 17th floor provided a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. The Asian restaurant on the ground floor served delicious food, and the Heroes bar with its live band, "The International Playboys," was a highlight. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the excitement and energy we were looking for. We were just a short walk away from the stunning Cornich, where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the city skyline and peaceful walks along the waterfront.

Had an awesome xmas adventure at a plush hotel in the heart of a busy city, with a fabulous view to match! the staff was super helpful and welcoming, and the complementary hot chocolate and cookies waiting for us as we arrived in our room were a nice touch. the hotel is located in a prime area with easy walking access to many shopping areas and extravagant dining options. the pool area was one of the best aspects with a warm and relaxing ambiance, it felt really good on Christmas day after a nice workout at the well-equipped gym.

The shower in our bathroom was in need of renovation, water clogged very easily and the pipes in the bathroom made unsettling and unnecessary noise. although the lifts were very efficient, on more than one occasion we had to wait for long periods of time to get an elevator due to guest traffic.

The hotel had a generous check-out time, allowing us to relax until 3 PM. The room was clean and comfortable, with friendly and professional staff. Ivan the concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The in-house restaurants were reasonably priced and offered delicious food. Room service was fast and tasty.

The hotel amenities were luxurious and exclusive. the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the Spa centre also offers great massages as well as beauty treatments and a sauna. the hotel boasted a great location with easy access to all other areas and sites. The service was professional and accommodating, making me feel at home with fantastic in-room breakfast and dinner, and special diet menus. Cons: the only minor issue was waiting times for the elevator. this was not a significant issue as the hotel staff were efficiently meeting guests.
