My overall stay at Citadines Sukhumvit 11 was pleasant and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to the BTS station or a convenient free tuktuk provided by the hotel. The 24-hour room service was a great convenience, especially for late-night cravings. The staff was friendly and always willing to help and offer advice. The breakfast buffet was good, and the swimming pool on the roof was a nice addition. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the slightly outdated room and slow wifi, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience.

This hotel is a great value for money and is situated in a perfect commercial area close to everything. The location is excellent, exactly across some nightclubs and right across Nana BTS station. The rooms are in relatively good condition, with spotless cleanliness and equipped with a small kitchen which is great for longer stays. Breakfast included has many varieties and a la-carte hot meal.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The location of this place is perfect, situated in a commercial area close to everything in the city centre. We were able to easily access shops, restaurants, and various attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a well-equipped kitchen, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly reception staff who accommodated our requests, to the efficient room service and housekeeping. We were particularly impressed with the overall cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail.

As someone who enjoys being situated in a central, commercial area, this venue is perfect for me. Being close to everything, with excellent access to the BTS station and metro, is a big plus. The staff provided wonderful service and was very accommodating, changing my room to a quieter side and allowing me to stay past the checkout time. The range of amenities available made my stay very comfortable, including the ironing facilities, kitchen with cookware and utensils, and the flat-screen TV. This hotel definitely caters to guests of all types, with its leisure facilities and great dining options.

We are located close to a Skytrain station making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is also in the middle of Bangkok's exciting club scene making it perfect for party-goers. Guests will also enjoy the bustling nightlife that stretches throughout the area.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and clubs nearby. The pool was a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. In addition, Muller's bar was a convenient spot for a drink or a bite to eat.
