The hotel appeared to be somewhat run down, with visible cracks and signs of water damage in the bathroom. the thin walls made it difficult to sleep, as we could hear our neighbors and noise from the hallway.

We had an unexpected car issue during our stay, but the nearby O'Reilly store helped us out and even drove us back to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and breakfast was satisfying. we had a great stay and would recommend it.

The breakfast had ample choice to get us started for the day, and we appreciated the flexibility of being able to take it back to our room if preferred. The location was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. We also enjoyed the convenience of free parking and shuttle buses available to downtown every 30 minutes throughout the day. This made it easy for us to access all of Opryland quickly and explore the sights we wanted to see.

The location is convenient, being only about 2 miles away from the Grand Ole Opry by car, and there is a designer outlet nearby with many restaurants. The hotel is half an hour away from Nashville city center, where Broadway is the place to be for all your musical needs as a couple.

I recently stayed at Best Western for a jam packed holiday weekend and everything was excellent! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping was awesome. The shuttle made it easy to get to downtown Broadway for the music and bars.
