The room was well-organized with separate areas for living, sleeping, and cooking. It felt like a home away from home. the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, just like being in my own kitchen. the location of the hotel was great, tucked away in a quiet lane in the Sukhumvit area. Despite being away from the main road, the hotel provided a 24/7 tuk-tuk service that efficiently transported guests to and from the Nana BTS station.

upon entering the room and inserting the key card, there was a strange and eerie sound that occurred for a few seconds, which was quite unsettling. these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact my stay but were still worth mentioning.

citadines on soi8 is my go-to hotel in bkk. it's in a perfect location, close to train station, malls, and lots of eateries. friendly staff, english tv channels, and a lundry room are added bonuses. always a comfortable stay!

The staff here is very helpful, making you feel comfortable. The room had all the comforts and amenities you could think of, including a microwave, iron, dryer. Perfect for a family with 2 small kids.

My room was upgraded due to the air conditioning problem. Even though there was no TV in the bedroom, the living room made up for it. a great value for money with a convenient location and helpful staff. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Citadines on Soi 8 for a week-long business trip. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Nana BTS station, and the free tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel made getting around even more convenient. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The front desk staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary daily room cleaning and the close proximity to a 7-11 shop for any essentials needed.

We stayed in a hotel that was in a central nightlife area, in a safe neighbourhood. The location was amazing, right next to a train station. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our free tuktuk ride from the hotel to nearby attractions. There was also a swimming pool and gym available for guests to use.

We were disappointed to find that the cafe in the hotel lacked the variety and quality that were available at nearby cafes.

We stayed at Citadines Sukhumvit 8 for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with a beautifully decorated room and a bottle of wine. The front desk staff, Jaa and I-Ya, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The studio apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including cookware, a stove, microwave, and iron. The hotel's free tuk-tuk service was excellent and available 24/7, taking us to Nana BTS and making it convenient to explore the area. The location was great, with a variety of cafes, bars, and Nana Plaza nearby. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Viva Sports Bar, which had a delicious English breakfast and a selection of international options. the room, service, and amenities were excellent.
