Excellent location, close to shopping, beach, and transportation. Apartments equipped with all amenities. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable with daily refreshing of basic supplies. Feels like being part of a family.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing and beautiful view of the sunset. The room was clean and tidy, with good wifi and a comfortable sofa. The location was convenient and near amenities like supermarkets and massage shops.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Pattaya! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. It's also conveniently near Terminal 21, within walking distance. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special - they surprised my wife with a birthday cake! The rooms are nicely equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, which is great if you prefer to cook your own meals. The attention to detail is impressive, including the complimentary breakfast and stocked snacks. Definitely a place to consider for your next Pattaya vacation!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shopping mall. The rooftop pool and spa were a great way to relax and enjoy the view.

The pool area could have been improved with more shade and better maintenance. Some chairs were broken, and the water was not always clean.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, being very close to the beach and various restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and cozy. The staff, especially Jeab, was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing for flexible check-in and check-out times.

The limited number of key-sets provided, which was insufficient for our group of four adults.

The room at Citismart Luxury was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for my belongings. The kitchenette was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. I appreciated the daily replenishment of cereals, milk, water, and other basic supplies. The balcony, although a bit cramped to access, provided a nice-sized area to relax. The hotel also provided beach towels and had reliable WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

This hotel was perfect for us. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was outstanding – situated in a quiet street but still close to everything. We were able to easily explore the night market and attend the Tiffany show theatre. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking and transportation options.
