During my recent stay at Como Metropolitan, I was delighted to discover an oasis of tranquility in the heart of bustling Bangkok. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, from the smooth check-in process to arranging taxis for my departure. The gym exceeded my expectations, with its well-laid-out layout and wide selection of equipment. And let's not forget the pool, where I spent many relaxing hours soaking up the sun.

Although it was challenging to find any negatives, I did encounter a minor inconvenience. Some taxi drivers were unfamiliar with the location of the hotel, which caused a bit of confusion and required extra navigation.

Spacious rooms with modern decor. Huge bathroom with complimentary bath products. Upgraded to a Penthouse Suite with fabulous staff. Excellent housekeeping and comfortable bed. Great breakfast and pool service.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, as it is close to major downtown area and the busy Silom area with plenty of massages and nice eateries. The room is spacious and neat, with modern decor and a huge bathroom. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options and the prompt service is commendable. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool and spa, perfect for relaxation.

The entrance can be a bit confusing for finding taxis or getting to the nearest station.

Very friendly staff, quick Wifi fix, delicious restaurant, convenient location, elegant design, gracious staff.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The breakfast was a highlight with a great range of options. The gym was also amazing and had all the equipment needed for a decent workout. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had.

The hotel was quite far from the city center and there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. We also found the laundry prices to be quite high.

Luxurious amenities at this hotel made me feel pampered and spoiled. The Spa & wellness centre was heavenly and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and steam room. The outdoor swimming pool was great and there were plenty of sun loungers on the sun terrace. The restaurant had special diet menus which was perfect for me and the bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink.

The buffet breakfast was not as comprehensive as I expected and lacked variety.
