The hotel staff treated me exceptionally well, especially the ladies in the lobby bar/restaurant. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby embassies and a mall with plenty of dining options. The room had everything I needed, from a kettle and french press for coffee, to high-quality bathroom amenities. The beds were comfortable and the city views were wonderful.

I indulged in a variety of delectable fare, including freshly baked pastries and a mouth-watering afternoon tea. The live jazz performances at the legendary Diplomat Bar were a treat in the evenings.

Missing a comb in the washroom was such a disappointment, and having a mirror facing my bed gave me bad Fengshui vibes. Can't forget to mention the location, not far nor near the train station, but walking in Bangkok's hot weather was quite a workout.

The hotel's proximity to a small mall with a variety of restaurants, including popular chains like Starbucks and Subway, and a Tops grocery store made it easy for us to grab a quick bite without going outside. Our room was exceptional with all the amenities we needed, from a kettle and french press for making coffee or tea to a variety of toiletries in the bathroom. The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a peaceful night's sleep, while the wonderful city views added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the range of light options and the automatic blackout curtain for a hassle-free stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Bangkok. The male concierge was extremely polite and provided excellent service. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the city. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, and I even had the opportunity to participate in a zumba class. The hotel's Executive lounge team was proactive and personalized in their service, making me feel valued as a guest. The recent lobby renovation added a nice touch of authentic Thai design to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Drawbacks: Although the hotel provided an enjoyable stay, I did encounter a couple of drawbacks. The jacuzzi was not working and the steam room was quite small.

The spacious private terrace with great views and garden was a highlight, and the terrace was not overlooked by other buildings. The terrace had two outdoor pool lounge chairs with thick mattresses, perfect for relaxation. The suite was very spacious with excellent amenities, including multiple TVs. The executive lounge was also spacious and well-stocked.
