Clean, comfortable accommodations with efficient and friendly staff. Minor maintenance issues promptly resolved. Good value for the price paid. Unfortunately, facilities were not up to par in some areas. Would consider staying again based on overall experience.

I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms at the property, along with the amenities like the pool and hot tub. However, improvements could be made in terms of customer service responsiveness and addressing noise disturbances promptly.

the two bedroom suite was perfect for our family, with comfortable bedding and two bathrooms. the kitchen amenities were useful, though the coffee provided wasn't the best. our kids enjoyed the pool, and the location was convenient for both dining options and busch gardens. the jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a nice touch. overall, excellent value for the price.

The front desk team was superb; Crystal was especially welcoming and helpful making our stay feel like home. It was terrific to relax in the spacious modern rooms with TVs, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. Although the ice maker was not functioning properly, it didn't impact our overall fantastic experience at the hotel. 🔥

The relaxation facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and spa center, added to our enjoyment. a decent choice for a family vacation in Williamsburg, especially for those seeking a budget-friendly option with ample amenities.

The staff was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a balcony offering a nice view. the full kitchen was a bonus, and the bed was very comfortable. the location was convenient to many places we normally visit, making it a perfect choice for us.

One area that could be improved is the TV, as it was a bit confusing to navigate. the bathroom space could have been utilized better, as some storage and hanging hooks would be beneficial.

The suites were sweet- had a nice fireplace that made mealtimes extra cozy and it was awesome that we could do laundry for free right on our floor, not to mention the fully stocked kitchen. Didn't really have to leave the place at all because it had everything- even parking was a breeze. The jacuzzi and outdoor pool were great for relaxing, and the kids loved the pool area. No biggie, but the sink drain was clogged a bit, but they fixed it real quick when I told them. 💆🏼‍♂️

I stayed at Vacation Village at Williamsburg as a transit stop during my travels, and I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the location, with easy access to the resort due to the nearby Virginia Department of Transportation. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a private furnished balcony, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of travel.

On our last 2 nights, we experienced some disturbance from noisy upstairs neighbors, which affected our sleep quality. However, this was not the fault of the resort, and the staff handled the situation well.

loved the scenic view and outdoor perks 😍🌳 but, the breakfast sales pitch was a turn-off. Overall, a cozy spot close to top attractions and super friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

During our recent family trip to Williamsburg for a visit to Kidsburg, we stayed at a resort with spacious rooms and a variety of activities for children, such as a pool and game room. Our room was well-equipped with amenities like silverware and an ice maker, making our stay comfortable. Despite a few hiccups with the room keys and some noise from neighboring units, we appreciated the effort of the staff in addressing our concerns promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with convenient access to nearby attractions.

During our stay at Williamsburg, we had an amazing time at the Busch Tennis Courts and Williamsburg National Golf Club. The facilities were top-notch, and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed trying out these activities. The beautiful surroundings and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable.

My wife says that having a designated children's play area would have been a great addition to the resort.

The space, privacy, and staff exceeded my expectations at Vacation Village At Williamsburg. Great value for a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with a jacuzzi tub. Close to Busch Gardens. Kids loved the pool. A few small cleanliness issues, but overall a fantastic stay.

Despite the nice location & spaciousness, cleanliness was lacking with various cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout. Not planning to return.
