The staff at Crew Hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options. We especially loved the complimentary water and snacks provided throughout the day.

This hotel is a gem! The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect with easy access to the old city and its many attractions. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary breakfast is a nice bonus and offers a good mix of Thai and Western dishes.

We had a great stay at Crew Hotel. The duplex room we switched to on the second night was fantastic and much better than the standard double room we had initially. The hotel is new and comfortable, and the staff was always helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we've had, with a diverse and tasty selection. We were impressed that they provided complimentary bottled water, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute drive from the airport, and it was easy to rent a motorbike for 200B. We also appreciated the proximity to the night market and the old city. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and the room was clean and quiet. The staff was polite and could help arrange laundry service and taxis. staying at Crew Hotel felt like being at home, though there were a few areas where improvements could be made.

Spent xmas at a recently built hotel located in the heart of the city with amazing complementary local fruits during the day, and free hot coffee at the lobby. The hotel is located just a short walk to the main tourist areas with plenty of local food options, making it a perfect location for a holiday.

The only negative would be was that there were not enough small chairs and tables in the dining area, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy breakfast comfortably.

I recently had an amazing stay in a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location was very convenient, as it was near the centre of Chiang Mai and close to the old city centre. It was easy to walk to the Kalare Night Market or take a Grab to the main tourist sights. The room was spotless and spacious, and the staff were genuine and helpful. The breakfast was really great, and I even received a delicious substitute when I requested the English breakfast without meat. The hotel had a quaint and lovely atmosphere, with the service of a 5-star hotel.

That I could faintly hear noise from the corridors even after closing the door, although it didn't bother me much.

There was a persistent bad smell coming from the bathroom that couldn't be resolved. It seemed to be a sewer issue, and the smell even spread to the second floor if the bathroom door was left open.
