The customer service provided by Dorisa and Christy made my birthday weekend extra special, with breakfast in bed, free birthday cake, and wine. The pools were of good temperature and the showers were decent. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable, which was important for me due to my back issues. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

One thing that could have made the breakfast better was more attention to keeping the breakfast items fully stocked, especially when it came to plates. There were times when there were no plates left and it seemed like the staff prioritized refilling the food instead.

We spent New Year’s Eve at a hotel with a great location, just a short walk away from the main town. the hotel offered a beautiful view of the ocean on one side and had spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. One of the best aspects was the exceptional service provided by the staff who were friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

The bar/restaurant staff were amazing, providing top service and helpful recommendations for local amenities. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is away from the busy town centre, but still within easy reach of cute cafes in Firostefani. Additionally, the hotel is situated on a slope, providing a unique vantage point to look down the backside of the island.

Based on one of the reviews, there were some issues with the Wi-Fi in the rooms, as it was not available initially and only provided after requesting a room change.

The location was convenient, within walking distance to Fira along a charming pedestrian cobblestone path. The swimming pool was a nice bonus, fully equipped with towels, showers, and even a WC. Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this resort for a fantastic stay in Firostefani.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort in Firostefani and I must say, I was impressed. the staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. the rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the resort was perfect, as it was within walking distance to both Fira and Imerovigli. This allowed me to easily explore the charming streets and enjoy the local cuisine.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been improved. the breakfast options were not to my liking.
