The value for money at this hotel was incredible. We got exactly what we wanted – a quiet and relaxing stay with a fantastic view from our room with a private pool. The location was surprisingly close to the center. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The customer service provided by Dorisa and Christy made my birthday weekend extra special, with breakfast in bed, free birthday cake, and wine. The pools were of good temperature and the showers were decent. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable, which was important for me due to my back issues. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

One thing that could have made the breakfast better was more attention to keeping the breakfast items fully stocked, especially when it came to plates. There were times when there were no plates left and it seemed like the staff prioritized refilling the food instead.

The hotel's location was perfect, with a stunning view of the sea and just a short walk to both Firostefani and Fira. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with great recommendations. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was comfortable and clean, with a pool right in front of our room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and meat-eaters.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort in Firostefani and I must say, I was impressed. the staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. the rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the resort was perfect, as it was within walking distance to both Fira and Imerovigli. This allowed me to easily explore the charming streets and enjoy the local cuisine.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been improved. the breakfast options were not to my liking.
