The hotel offered a basic room with a hot water kettle and cups which was quite convenient. the front desk staff were really nice and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The location of the hotel was not great, as it was situated off a huge highway and the noise from the street interrupted our stay. the hotel room was not soundproof and the poor quality of the bed made it uncomfortable.

Despite the noise from the main road, I had a comfortable room with great Wi-Fi during my stay at De Botan. The nearby shopping centre made it convenient for me to shop, and the free parking was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near large shopping mall. Soft and clean beds for comfortable sleep. Ample parking available nearby. a superb hotel that made my trip to Thailand great. Efficient and helpful staff.

My family and I recently stayed at a hotel close to a shopping mall. The location was convenient for our early morning flight and the room was clean and well-decorated. The receptionist was kind enough to give us an early check-in. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool with its stunning view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit inconvenient, requiring us to climb through a fence or take a taxi.
