This venue was a hidden gem! I loved the location down a quiet street, yet still close to the major attractions. I could easily walk to all the temples and city center. The staff was fantastic, treating me like I was the only guest here. They helped me with everything from room service to arranging tours. The room amenities were great too - I had a mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe. Plus, the pool and spa were a perfect way to relax after a long day.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location between the old city and night market. The hotel offered clean, spacious rooms with all necessary facilities. The location of the hotel was great, as it was very close to the center and near all the action, yet situated on a quiet street. It was also within walking distance to the Chiangmai night market and all the temples. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing early check-in and offering upgrades. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the spa treatment offer at the sister hotel was a great added advantage.

That the lights and electrical controls in the room were all located on one side of the bed, which may be a bit inconvenient.

The pool at De Chai The Deco was a refreshing oasis during my stay. I enjoyed soaking up the sun and cooling off in the indoor pool area. It offered a peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Chiang Mai. The comfortable loungers and serene surroundings made it an ideal spot for some much-needed rest and relaxation. I would highly recommend this hotel for its lovely pool facilities and tranquil ambiance.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay and made me feel right at home. I enjoyed the complimentary chocolate snacks and the convenient location close to the lively night markets and interesting city attractions. the modern and spacious room design was well thought out and made for a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning unit in my room was either too cold or too hot, which made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. However, this was a minor inconvenience that did not significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel.
