The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great air conditioning and WiFi. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing advice on buses and printing services. The breakfast is tasty, with a variety of options including toast, cereal, fruit, and traditional Thai dishes. The drinking water refill machine is a great addition, allowing guests to reduce plastic waste.

our stay at dphouse center of old was absolutely delightful. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. the staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location in the heart of the old town was perfect, with temples and restaurants within walking distance. we had a fantastic experience during the recent celebrations in chiang mai.

The room was very clean and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. They even helped us rent a motorbike from a nearby shop, which was great value and good quality. the included European continental breakfast was a nice touch. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. the location was perfect, right next to Wat Chiang Man and within walking distance of other attractions like the Sunday night market and the North Gate Jazz Co-Op. the WiFi was reliable and overall, it was excellent value for money.
