We had a fantastic time at this beautiful beachfront resort with stunning views and sun beds galore. The pools were great and the numerous options for dining and drinking were a plus. The club upgrade was worth it for the complimentary food and drinks. The beach was amazing and perfect for long walks and swimming in the clear sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel special throughout our stay.

We had an incredible stay at Dusit Thani. the setting was beautiful, with well-kept gardens and facilities. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. the housekeepers did an amazing job, and the beach was clean and inviting. Our room had a great view and a wonderful atmosphere. We especially appreciated the assistance of the receptionist, Ms. Ping-pong, who went out of her way to help us, even though we arrived late on a Sunday evening. the resort offered a perfect balance between being close to the action and providing a relaxed and chilled atmosphere. the staff were engaging and helpful, and the lounge was a great benefit, with a nice selection of food for breakfast and plenty of drink options and snacks during happy hour. the room, including the splash pool, was fantastic, offering privacy and a perfect size. the resort's workout facility was one of the best we've seen, with a wide range of equipment. the private beach was well-maintained, and we also enjoyed a bike tour around Ao Nang. we had a great time at the resort and highly recommend it to others.

The setting and gardens are well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeepers do a great job. Beach is clean and room has nice view and atmosphere. Receptionist, Ms. Ping-pong, is very helpful, even on late arrival. Pool is the best part, great for sun tanning, swimming, eating, and drinking. Restaurant food is good, though service can improve.

The resort is nestled in the splendid gardens, with well-maintained grounds that provide a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for families. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with cozy beds and a great bathroom. The staff at the resort are attentive, polite, and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and we enjoyed dining in the garden on the beach, overlooking the magnificent view. The resort also offers a range of facilities, including a sports hall, gym, and table tennis for guests to enjoy.

Some guests have mentioned a poorly functioning waste system, which is an area that could be improved upon.

We had a fantastic time at the cooking class supervised by the talented chefs K. Wi and K. Rese. Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed learning to prepare and cook six delicious Thai dishes. The staff, especially K. Som and K. Ows, provided excellent service throughout. This activity inspired us to cook more Thai food at home!

This hotel is truly luxurious! From the exclusive amenities to the personalized service, every detail has been thought out for your ultimate comfort and relaxation. the Spa and wellness centre is beautifully designed and offers a variety of treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing in the sun and the beach access is excellent.

The only minor issue I experienced was the location being a bit far from tourist attractions, but for me, it was not a big deal. A short taxi ride will take you where you need to go.

Enjoyed easter at a stunning hotel with two great complimentary activities on offer: a rooftop pool and a walking trail with a spectacular view. the location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We loved the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for relaxation.

Although the hotel was overall excellent, it lacked some basic amenities for families with young children. the lack of a kids' club or any activities for children made it difficult to keep them entertained.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! the beach and pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even decorating our room for the holiday. the location was ideal, with beautiful views and a lovely beach to walk along. the room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view. the complimentary water in the room was a nice touch.

There were a few issues. the food at the beach restaurant was not up to par, with some old and spoiled food.
