i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t! the reception staff’s incompetence caused me to miss my flight, and not even a simple welcome gift. breakfast unfortunately didn’t include drinks and was the same bland options. oh, and don't expect a cozy atmosphere—my garden villa was poorly insulated from noisy neighbors. worst experience ever.

I specifically enjoyed our stay in the "Two Bedroom Reef Residence with Pool", huge space & amazing private pool! Watching the sunset from the villa was a sight to behold, and my kids were absolutely thrilled with the hot tub.
