Fair House Villas & Spa, Koh Samui - Sha Extra Plus in Mae Nam is located down the beach, giving guests easy access to a couple of restaurants. However, it is not close enough to be able to walk to eateries. The rooms are lovely, particularly the double villas which are worth the price with their beautiful views. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of food and has a stunning view. The pool area is fantastic and the tapas served around the pool is delicious. The hotel also supports the Samui dog and cat rescue, which is commendable.

The hotel's customer service seems to be lacking, causing frustration and inconvenience for guests during check-in and check-out.

The location of the hotel is great, with a beautiful beach and stunning sunsets. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist in everything. The restaurant offers delicious food, and we had a great experience at the "Treehouse" restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the spa bath on the balcony with a sea view. The hotel also provides amenities like a pool and swings on the beach for cute photo opportunities.

The hotel is a bit far from the main areas, and the dark dirt track to get to the resort didn't feel too safe for walking.

Spent a fantastic business trip at a hotel in Koh Samui. Enjoyed the stunning beach and refreshing pool. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect for a quieter, more serene experience away from the crowded areas.

The walls were thin making it easy to hear the neighbors which was a bit disruptive. The room cleaning service was unsatisfactory, and the gym was basic with few machines.

The service from the staff is exceptional, with attention to detail and a friendly attitude.
