I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The pool area had a breathtaking view of the wineries, something you won't find in hotels located in the city center. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Europe. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the decor throughout the hotel was beautifully designed. The bedding was so comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and the quality of service provided.

Visited this hotel while on a city trip and was pleasantly surprised! the staff was very welcoming and offered us a complimentary drink upon arrival. the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding area and close proximity to local attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of local specialties and made for a tasty start to our day. the indoor and outdoor pools were also a great bonus.

The walls seemed to be thin, and we could hear our neighbors at times. the towels and robe policy was a bit annoying, as we had to physically return everything before being able to check out.

We stayed at a hotel on a beautiful hill in the Douro valley. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options including traditional and local products. We could enjoy the stunning views from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the parking was free.

The on tap wine bar that looked self-serve had to be operated by the staff, which caused delays.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect, nestled among the beautiful vineyards, providing a scenic and peaceful atmosphere.

There were a few things that could be improved. the pool chairs were a bit old and there were limited shaded areas, which made it a bit challenging to find a comfortable spot.
