This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush green jungle. One of the highlights for me was the delicious food. The Thai beef salad and pomelo salad were both amazing, and I couldn't resist ordering their signature lemongrass martini. The attention to detail in every aspect of my stay was truly impressive.

While the accommodations were impressive, I did find that the distance between the tents and the dining room was a bit of a trek. However, the resort provided transportation with their range rover or truck to make it more convenient.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The luxurious amenities and personalized service exceeded our expectations. The elephant interactions were unforgettable and the spa treatments were rejuvenating. The restaurant offered a variety of high-quality options and the picnics were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining area and breathtaking views.

The only minor issue we experienced was the noise level from nearby activities during certain parts of the day. However, this did not detract from our overall experience and we would still highly recommend staying at this hotel for a unique and lavish getaway.

Located in a beautiful area and tranquil surroundings. The views are breathtaking and there are a lot of activities to do such as hiking and horseback riding. The spa is also a great feature that left us feeling pampered and relaxed.

The food quality was inconsistent during our stay and some dishes were not well-prepared. the service was slow and not very attentive.
