This hotel is a great value for money, located within walking distance of a fantastic mall called Coconut Point Mall. The rooms are comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a sink outside the bathroom on the 4th floor. The breakfast included in the price offers a nice variety of foods.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our visit to Southwest Florida. The location was perfect, right next to the Coconut Point mall, which is the largest mall in the area. We loved being able to walk to great restaurants and tons of shops. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with everything being exceptionally clean. The room had the layout that we're accustomed to at all other Hyatt Places, with the TV in the "living area" rather than the bedroom. The breakfast provided was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices including eggs, bacon, bagels, toast, juices. The staff were over the top friendly and made us feel very welcome.
