I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located right by the bus terminal. The value for money was excellent, and I was pleased to find that the prices for amenities, such as the snooker on the 4th floor, were very reasonable. The staff were attentive and polite, making sure that my needs were met. Additionally, the rooms offered a great view of the surroundings.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

Attentive Staff and Delicious Breakfast

During my stay at the Phayao Gateway hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One morning, I had a special request for my breakfast, and the kitchen staff gladly accommodated it, serving me a delicious, customized meal. This level of service truly made me feel valued as a guest.

Although there were minor drawbacks during my stay, such as the dated decor of the rooms, the exceptional service and delectable breakfast made up for it. I highly recommend the Phayao Gateway hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location, right by the bus station and near the center of town. It is also close to Phayao Lake, providing beautiful views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel has facilities such as a snooker table and a gym that add to the leisure options for guests.

The food in the hotel restaurant could be improved, as it took a long time to arrive and received mixed reviews.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, just a short walk from the train station and bike rental shops. We enjoyed using the bicycles provided by the hotel and exploring the nearby lake. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Bonus: The buffet breakfast had a great selection of both Thai and Western dishes.

The hotel could use some refreshing as it looked a bit old. The swimming pool was small and only open after noon.
