I stayed at Golden Tulip for my recovery after a procedure for 12 days. The room had great amenities like soap and a comfy bed. The room service and restaurant had delicious food, and the breakfast was decent. The room was quiet and had good blackout curtains. The pool was nice, and the poolside staff were friendly. Housekeeping was also good, and there were 2 TVs with good reception. The fridge and cooking equipment were a good size, and the bath was perfect for relaxing. There were also convenience stores and street food vendors nearby, and it was a short walk or hotel tuk-tuk ride to the BTS. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The only downside is the limited vegetarian options at breakfast and the breakfast finishing early without being refilled. The bread and fresh salad or fruit didn't look very fresh, and the staff in the restaurant were rude and only interested in the breakfast coupon.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Transport options, such as parking and nearby train stations, were convenient.

the pool towels were a bit worn out and stained, which was slightly disappointing. the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and unreliable at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including an eggs station and cooked items. the rooftop pool and bar area was a highlight of the stay, and the happy hour from 2-8pm was a great deal. the location was convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The pool was not very private as it was in front of the main desk. the drinks service at the pool was slow, taking almost 20 minutes to be served.
