concept nisantasi hotels & spa was a pleasant surprise! exceeded my expectations on a budget. friendly staff, clean rooms, and great location. even better than my previous stay in istanbul. highly recommend it!

The breakfast at Concept Nisantasi Hotels & Spa was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. I loved the Turkish tea they served with breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I had a small issue with the key card not working but the staff quickly resolved it. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay in the heart of a bustling district with easy access to many places, including a train station called Osmanbay. Located very near to the centre of Nisantasi, we loved the gorgeous room with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The outstanding service provided by the friendly staff, including Burak, Adem, and Kubra, is truly commendable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the facilities provided by the hotel were excellent.

We experienced some outside noise during the night which disturbed our sleep.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and luxurious rooms, excellent service, traditional Turkish breakfast, quiet room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue. The hotel is located on a quiet street in the center of the city, which made it perfect for rest and relaxation after a busy day exploring. Despite being in a central location, the hotel was peaceful and quiet. We were impressed by the range of services available, including room service, laundry, and car hire. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to our overall positive experience. We particularly loved the spa & wellness center, which had a variety of facilities including an indoor swimming pool and Turkish bath.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with great showers and traditional Turkish breakfast. Ideal location for shopping and dining, as well as a nearby inexpensive shopping area. Excellent service and pleasant surprises on special occasions.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay in this hotel. I particularly appreciated the fact they offered me an early check-in and sent me an official invitation very fast. the location was convenient as it was close to a metro station and there were plenty of shops in the area. the free sauna/turkish bath and pull were an added bonus that I enjoyed.

There were some negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. the room I was assigned had some issues with the key not working, and the walls were quite thin, which meant that noise from other guests in the hotel could be heard throughout the night.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Nisantasi, making it easy to walk around and explore the area. The prices are very reasonable for the value provided, and the staff are all friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The rooms on the top floor are equipped with very efficient air conditioning, which is a great touch. And the breakfast, including the delicious cheese omelette, is included in the price.

All in all, this hotel was a great choice for my stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is great, very close to the shopping center and the Nisantasi shopping area. The staff was very friendly and supportive, always asking how we were and if we needed anything to improve our stay. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also has a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. this place is highly recommended for its great location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities.

Amazing staff, clean and modern rooms, great location for shopping and dining, delicious and varied breakfast, helpful and polite staff.

Felt so well taken care of, no reason to complain.
