The New Year celebration was great with a lot of events and festivities going on. The pool was beautifully decorated with lights and colors. The food was delicious and the crowds were exciting. The hotel location was perfect to see the main attractions of the city. The staff tried their best to keep up the good work and were friendly.

The rooms, including the bedsheets, were worn out and stained. There were several things that didn't seem to work properly, such as the air conditioning and TV. The general atmosphere of the room was quite unpleasant and the cleaning wasn't up to the standard I expected. Some areas of the hotel seemed quite dated and in need of refurbishment. my experience could have been a lot better if the hotel invested in upgrading their facilities.

Convenient location near airports and RCA. Easy access to highways. Friendly staff and well-maintained building. Shuttle service available to MTR and shopping mall.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, with a shopping mall just a short walk away, making it so convenient for us to indulge in some retail therapy. And with a ton of eating options nearby, we never had to worry about finding delicious food. Plus, it was quite close to the airport, which made our journey hassle-free. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to assist us. And we really appreciated the shuttle service to the nearby MTR and shopping mall. our stay here was luxurious and comfortable.
