The location of this hotel couldn't be better - right in the center of the old town, close to everything. It's also conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to get in and out of Chiang Mai. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a wooden style, with comfortable beds and balconies to enjoy the view. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. The breakfast is delicious, homemade, and served promptly.

Great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of old city and feels safe. The staff were incredibly gracious, friendly, and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Menu for breakfast could be more varied.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy access to local markets and attractions. the rooms are well decorated and very clean. the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. They even offered an early check-in option to guests.

The staff was not very welcoming and seemed uninterested in helping guests. the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, leaving me with a sore back in the morning.
