The staff was very kind and helpful, assisting us with a sudden flight change and allowing us to check out later, store our bags, and use the shower before our late departure. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a terrace and a good bed. The hotel also offered a good breakfast. The location in Chinatown was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby that are open 24 hours. There was also a fantastic restaurant on the 25th floor with a rotating view of the city, delicious food, and live music.

The rooftop bar at Grand China was simply amazing. My girlfriend and I had a truly relaxing evening while enjoying the breathtaking views of the city. The wine menu was excellent, offering a great selection of both new world and old world wines. We even got a special buy one get one free promotion on selected bottles, which was a fantastic deal. The bar also had live music on some days, adding to the luxurious ambiance. We were especially impressed by the Assistant To General Manager, who personally visited our table and wished us a good evening. We will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem and recommending it to our friends.

The staff is always kind and helpful, giving us recommendations and organizing transportation to other nearby sights. The location is very convenient, as it is at the epicenter of Chinatown. Furthermore, the breakfasts served were top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
