I loved the 24/7 self-service check-in, it took away all the stress of arriving late. the free portable WiFi device was a game-changer, no need to worry about burning my data. the lounge area was cosy and the self-service bar was a fun touch.

Charging 2 euros for hot water at the self-serve bar seemed a bit excessive. the bracelets sometimes didn't work, causing issues with accessing the drinks and coffee machine.

The noise from people walking past the hubs was extremely annoying and disruptive. It felt unnecessary and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
