I had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure. The resort had a stunning foyer, impressive dining area, and well-maintained gardens and pool area. I loved staying in the pool access room, allowing me to cool down whenever I wanted. The staff took great care of the pool and the water quality. The room was also well-equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and an ironing board. The location was perfect - right across from the Otop markets, within walking distance of the beach, Bangla Road, and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and always prompt in assisting with any requests.

grand mercure in patong was beyond my expectations! the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. the pool was stunning and they had everything covered for families, kids, and adults. location was perfect too, close to everything!

The hotel had great complementary amenities, like a cold towel and welcome drink upon arrival, which was very refreshing after a long journey. Its location was perfect, only a short walk from the beach and the main center of town. There was also a lovely pool area with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom needed some maintenance. The shower pressure was very low and the room had some stains and signs of wear and tear.

This hotel was an oasis from the chaotic environment surrounding it. The luxurious amenities, including the spa, outdoor swimming pool, and garden area, fulfilled all my needs. The staff’s attentive service was exceptional and they made me feel like royalty. The restaurant served fantastic meals, including an extensive buffet breakfast with special diet menus.

The only minor issue was the lack of shade around the pool area, so I had to strategically plan my lounging time in the sun. However, this did not detract from my overall enjoyment of this venue.
