The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a touch of Thai style. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is extremely helpful. The swimming pool and beach add to the overall enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the beach and offers easy access to the main center. Additionally, the international restaurant provides a fantastic dining experience with professional staff and delicious food. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with amenities such as air conditioning and WiFi. The breakfast offered at the hotel is satisfactory.

The reception staff at the hotel could use improvement in their communication and handling of customer concerns.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. the breakfast offered many options with delicious Thai tea and coffee. the hotel pools were unique and not too cold to swim in the mornings. the location was great for a family getaway.

The beach was dirty and not very appealing. the water in the bathtub was not warm enough to take a proper bath, only the shower water could be used for showering.

This hotel provides an amazing experience with luxurious amenities. the exclusive Spa & wellness centre provides a great relaxation for those who want to pamper themselves, and the three-level Swimming pool is a great place to cool off from summer heat and relax while sunbathing on the sun terrace. This hotel provides a private Beach access, which offers excellent sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and spectacular views of the coast, while the garden area is beautifully landscaped with fantastic vegetation. Cons: the only minor downside was the outdoor Swimming pool that could be maintained better, with the sun loungers in the pool area not being cleaned regularly. Nonetheless, the staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant provided guests with meals that catered to their special diets, with a poolside snack bar for those feeling peckish.
