We had a great stay at Hotel Jal City Bangkok. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the skytrain and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was clean and had a good layout with new furniture. The bath tub was spacious and had good water pressure. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was impressed. The location is great, very close to public transportation which made it easy to get around and see all the main attractions. The service was fantastic, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry all being top-notch. They even offered a paid airport shuttle service which was extremely convenient. The amenities were all very good, with mini-bar, refrigerator, television, and air conditioning all being appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made my stay more comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and amenities.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was decent. Two complementary facts offered were useful, Room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the location was great, just a short distance from the main attractions we wanted to visit.

The staff at this hotel were unhelpful and lacked professionalism. We had a problem with the lift and we had to climb out it by ourselves with no help from the hotel staff.
