I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's tucked away behind the main street where all the bars and restaurants are located. Everything was within walking distance! The service was top-notch as well. From car hire to dry cleaning and laundry services, they had everything covered. I especially appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance. The room was pristine and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Even the staff were busy, they never failed to smile and offer helpful service!

I also appreciated the guest laundry, even though it was a bit expensive, it was quick and convenient. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing me to rest peacefully. Lastly, the minibar was well stocked, offering a variety of options.

This hotel is located near everything you need in town, like a mall, the waterfront, and even a nightclub across the street. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities like a comfortable bed, microwave, kettle, and walk-in shower. Staff were friendly.

The hotel, located in the heart of the city, offered us a great base for our city trip. The friendly staff offered us a warm welcome and was very helpful with all our queries. we appreciated the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi services which made our stay more convenient.

One downside we experienced was the noise level at night, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. we noticed that the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, especially regarding the shower screens and under the beds.

I had a great stay at a hotel situated in a central location, close to everything in town. The city centre, cafes, and restaurants were all within walking distance. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had excellent facilities and amenities, including a convenient laundry room. I also enjoyed the good ramen available downstairs. Plus, the hotel offered easy access to the waterfront attractions from its location.

I found that the tap water had a slight chlorine smell, and the cold setting was lukewarm, making me unsure about using it for the kettle.
