The staff were heaps friendly, but the breakfast was missing some basic options. The rooftop pool had stunning views, so that was a real treat!

The dry cleaning process should be more reliable!!! The bathroom facilities felt dated, and the only tissues available were in the closet. Consider adding a Shataf for comfort!!!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, marina, and the beach. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the skyline, which was a perfect spot to unwind. The staff, especially Mr Jamsheer at reception, were incredibly friendly and always ready to help.

The gym facilities were quite limited, which might disappoint fitness enthusiasts.

However, the room felt a bit cramped for my extended stay, and the area around the hotel lacked evening activities. While the service was great, some basic amenities could use improvement.

The location's perfect, just a 5-10 min walk to the metro and tram, which is awesome for saving money. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the marina towers (absolutely stunning at sunset! ). Staff were always friendly, and breakfast had a nice variety of choices.

My experience with the staff was frustrating. Despite being assured multiple times, I was unexpectedly handed a bill on the last day, which put a damper on my overall experience.

This hotel was just a proper fit for a short staycation in Dubai with high value for money. The staff were really helpful, especially Vedant at reception who ensured we had everything we needed quickly. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop pool for a nice view at sunset.

Exceptional service throughout the stay, especially from the front desk and concierge team, who arranged immersive trips like a Dhow Cruise and desert safari. The room was spacious with great storage, and the selection at breakfast, including Italian grilled meat, was impressive. However, the gym facilities left much to be desired, and some areas around the hotel felt a bit quiet in the evening. Overall, a lovely experience that will bring me back.

This place was just what we needed! They even upgraded our room for free! Breakfast at the bar/lounge area was delicious, with loads of options. One small thing was the tiny gym, but honestly, we were too busy exploring to care.
