We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Hotel! The pools and facilities were perfect for our kids, with plenty of fun slides, basketball hoops, and even a water volleyball game. The lifeguards and other guests were friendly and made the atmosphere enjoyable. The clean and comfortable room was a nice retreat after a day at the pools. We hope to return on our next escape from the city. Great job, Hard Rock!

Fantastic pool with a convenient location right across from the beach. The rooms are decent and the service is mostly good. The hotel staff is well-trained and provides excellent service, especially during busy times. The breakfast is well-organized and offers good value. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were polite, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were proactive in anticipating our needs and provided excellent service throughout our entire stay. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the unique room design added to the overall luxury and comfort. The hotel was quite clean and well-maintained, which was definitely a plus. The location was great, with a 7-11 nearby, making it convenient for us to grab any necessities. The hotel also had a designated smoking area and smoking rooms, which was a nice feature. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was a nice addition to our stay.

Mind-blowing breakfast options that left my taste buds in awe, entertainment for kids was super fun, staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, hotel was immaculately clean and felt secure, definitely coming back every time we're in town. The bed was so comfy, and while the breakfast buffet was slightly lacking in flavor, the staff made up for it with their professionalism and friendliness. The pool was terrific, although it got a bit crowded with families, which is understandable considering how much they love the hotel. The location was alright, with easy access to the beach, but not as close to restaurants if you have kids. The rooms were great, the breakfast was the best I've ever had in any hotel, and the staff were incredibly service-oriented. The swimming pool facilities were attractive for my daughter as well.

The pool and swim-up bar are incredible, with a fantastic setting and attentive lifeguards. The location of the hotel is also ideal, with easy access to the beach and the nearby mall. the value for money is outstanding and we can't wait to come back again and again.

Fantastic New Year experience! Loved the fireworks and the festive decorations! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to offer their assistance. The swimming pool and in-house beach area were perfect spots to relax and enjoy with the family. The kids loved it! The highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet, it was so scrumptious! And the daily housekeeping was impeccable. The hotel's location was ideal as it was close to the beach, local markets and restaurants.

The smell of smoke in some areas of the hotel, especially in the halls and some rooms. However, we did request a non-smoking room and it was quickly taken care of by the staff.
