We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary and the hotel staff at Sofitel really went above and beyond to make our stay special. They upgraded our room, decorated the bed with swan towels and rose petals, and even surprised us with a delicious fruit assortment and mini chocolate cake. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience at Sofitel and would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the location. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed, lovely cosmetics, and a good hair dryer. I also appreciated the coffee machine in the room and the nice room design. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location was absolutely amazing, within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ATMs. I couldn't have asked for a better location!

Booked this hotel last minute after leaving another hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The staff accommodated early check-in and late check-out and were incredibly friendly. The hotel is slightly pricey but well worth it, especially compared to the lower priced hotel we stayed at previously. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, located close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The staff at check-in were superb and family-friendly, providing a baby cot and toiletries. The lobby had a touch screen wall that my kids loved, and we received hand-written letters, fruits, and champagne. a lovely stay and we hope to return.

The hotel is in an amazing safe walking location, close to everything. It is conveniently located near several metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The restaurant is excellent, with delicious food and friendly staff. The front desk staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The water from the bottles in the room has a funny taste - a minor issue that could be easily resolved by changing the provider.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a real treat. the room advantages were impressive: a plush king-sized bed, stunning marble bathroom, and a lovely view of the city from the window. the room had many exclusive amenities, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a writing desk, and a flat-screen TV. the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or snack, and the service was impeccable. the hotel location was a big plus, making sightseeing and exploring very convenient.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming, making our stay truly unforgettable. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the tower and easily accessible by public transport. I couldn't have asked for more.
