we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in a lively area, close to Nana BTS station. the staff, especially Lita, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the individual wifi access points in the rooms were convenient. the hotel offered labeled pillows for personal preference. there were various dining options nearby, including a 3rd party cafe with vegetarian food. they even arranged safe taxis for us! overall, a good place to stay with laundry facilities available 24/7.
