We had a fantastic time staying here at this hotel. The location in the beautiful Botanical gardens gave us a sense of tranquility and serenity. The grounds and gardens were beautifully laid out and provided a peaceful backdrop for our stay. We also enjoyed the various amenities and services offered by the hotel, such as the room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight for us, with its saltwater pool and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, ensuring a memorable experience for us.

The gardens at Horizon Village & Resort Sha Plus are absolutely stunning! As a nature lover, I was in awe of the well-maintained and beautiful landscaping. It was a joy to explore the grounds and take in the serene atmosphere.

The resort is huge, comfortable rooms, brilliant pools, perfect staff, lovely botanical garden, kind staff.

The rooms are furnished in traditional Thai style, creating a special ambiance. The service provided is excellent, with daily room service and friendly staff. Guests can enjoy a peaceful and close-to-nature experience, with plenty of facilities and advantages to explore, such as the boating lake, ornamental ponds, and even a small zoo.

The selection of food at the one open restaurant could be improved, but there are alternative dining options available nearby.

Spent Xmas here and the food was delicious! So many options and everything tasted great. the gardens were so beautiful, definitely the highlight of the place. the atmosphere was lovely with soft music and pretty lights. it was very convenient to be just a short drive away from the airport and city center.

The room we stayed in was very old and in need of a renovation. the sheets were dirty and we had to ask for them to be changed twice!
