During my recent business trip to Koh Chang, my director chose the Lagoon Princess as our accommodation. the hotel's prime beachfront location made it a great place to relax and soak up the sun. the reception staff were friendly and proficient in both English and Thai, while the cleaning staff were attentive. I appreciated the option to rent beach lounge chairs for a nominal fee. the hotel's restaurant served exceptional food, and the well-maintained pool added to the enjoyable stay.

The hotel beach bar played loud music until 23:00 every night, which could be disruptive for those seeking peace and quiet evenings, particularly for families with small children.

We had an amazing stay at Lagoon Princess in Koh Chang. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the shops, restaurants, and street food. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The beach was beautiful, with a nice pool at the water's edge. The wifi worked great and the beds were comfortable. it was a decent place to stay, although a bit pricey.

Perfect beachfront location - villa right on the beach - amazing sunset views - great tunes at Himmel bar - large and comfortable room - exemplary service - nice large pool - wide range of food at the restaurant - reasonable price - good pool proximity - excellent Thai massage at Lagoon Thai massage.
