From the mind-blowingly beautiful and clean rooms to the stunning views at the rooftop bar, our honeymoon stay exceeded all expectations. The helpful and polite staff, along with the convenient location near local restaurants and shops, made our stay super enjoyable. We would definitely choose to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were huge and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing with a roll top bath and a massive shower area. The mini-bar was well stocked and the rooftop restaurant was like something out of a movie. The staff were helpful and the pool area was private and well-maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by two complementary facts offered. the location was also perfect for exploring the nearby shopping areas and there was easy access to restaurants. the best aspect of the hotel was the spacious bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi tub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The room layout was smaller than expected and lacked sufficient natural light, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. the breakfast options were limited and the quality of the food was mediocre.

Located in a quieter but still vibrant area, the hotel is close to the night market where you can explore local vendors and grab a quick bite to eat. The reception area creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the proximity to River Boat Piers allows for easy exploration of the city's waterways.

The maintenance of the hotel's amenities, such as the pillows and the Wi-Fi network, could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at Once! The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms. The mini-bar was well stocked and the rooftop restaurant offered stunning sunset views. The staff were helpful and the pool area was private and relaxing. We loved the hotel's location near Asiatique and the complimentary shuttle made it easy to explore. We will definitely stay again!
