The rooftop pool was fantastic, offering great views of the city. the rooms were nice and tidy, and the cleaning service was excellent. the breakfast provided was also good, with a decent variety of choices available.

It was practically non-existent, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done. the staff at the reception desk were not very friendly.

Being in the heart of Chinatown was a great experience during the Christmas season. the lively atmosphere, festive decorations, and delicious street food made our stay memorable. the hotel's location also made it easy for us to explore other attractions in the city, as it was close to public transportation. The hotel facilities were great, including the rooftop pool which, although a little small, was still refreshing after a long day exploring the bustling streets. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and they were also very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast offered a wide range of options.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of where all the action in Chinatown was happening. The staff here were amazing, from the doorman at reception to the staff who took us to the station. They were always at your service with a smile. The leisure facilities were great, with an amazing rooftop pool and sun terrace, along with a poolside snack bar. The rooms were spotless and had all the facilities we needed, including a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay here without any concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location with top-notch amenities and service.

Clean room, with everything needed. Highlight: swimming pool with towels and Bangkok view. Travel Rep and staff exceptionally helpful for excursions. Helped with SIM card and previous trip issue.

The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Chinatown, with easy access to the MRT and river. The hotel is also within walking distance of main temples and the royal palace.

I also appreciated the convenience of taxis and tuk tuks right outside the hotel, as well as the close proximity to the train station.
