Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the friendly staff who accommodated our early check-in and arranged a taxi when we left. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to take a break and enjoy the sun between exploring the city. Plus, the breakfast offered a great variety.

One downside was the occasional street noise, which crept in despite being on the 6th floor. Also, the TV remote didn’t function well, and we faced delays with the keycard resets.

Wi-Fi was fast, but the rooftop pool area got crowded quickly during afternoons.

the hotel is a bit overrated, they expect guests to pay for amenities that aren't even available, like a heated pool—what a joke! also, could I please have a kettle in my room next time? I mean, I almost gave a good review, but the rude staff ruined that. service was non-existent, too.

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness. The floors were not properly mopped, and I found hairs on the floor that clearly didn’t belong to me. Additionally, the shower wasn’t fixed properly, leading to leaking water, which made my experience frustrating. I also felt insecure since the main door had lax security. I was able to walk in without anyone checking my room key.

The location was fantastic, just a stroll away from the beach and delightful local cafes, perfect for breakfast. The room was spacious with a great air conditioning system and mirrors that made it feel even larger. However, there were some inconveniences like the lack of a kettle and initial room odors that persisted. Service experienced a mix of professionalism and some unease at the reception, which left a slightly sour note on an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Location was perfect for exploring the city easy to walk to many attractions and the train station is just across the road 🚉 The breakfast buffet was huge with plenty of options to start the day right ☕

Great location with plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast ☕. Clean, modern room with a super comfy bed and nice bathroom. The rooftop pool offers beautiful views and the staff were generally friendly. Lots of dining options within walking distance! 🏖️

The staff was incredibly helpful,, especially the guy at the front desk, Victor. He made the check-in process smooth,, even though we arrived early, and the rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day.

It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but honestly, I think it was worth it.

the view from the room was fantastic, seeing the city skyline. a few rooms had bathroom door issues.

the elevator is super tiny,, barely fits two people with bags. but the room was clean with a solid shower,, and breakfast was available even just before closing! location was perfect for exploring the city.

The hotel was small and cute, right in the Born district, making it super easy to stroll around and explore the nearby Gothic Quarter and Ciutadella Park, where I really enjoyed the beautiful views. the rooftop pool was a nice bonus to unwind after a day of walking the city.

We loved exploring nearby attractions like the Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta beach. The balcony in our room was such a treat, especially with our two dogs enjoying the sights and sounds of the city. The breakfast selection was tasty and the staff made our stay enjoyable.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be expanded.

park hotel is perfectly located near great cafes and just a short walk to major attractions. the staff was incredibly helpful, allowing an early check-in and a late check-out when our flight was delayed. the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of choices, including fresh orange juice each morning.

the rooftop pool is a bit small.
