Amazing pool with various depths and a fun waterslide. Prime beach location with stunning views. Friendly and accommodating staff. The lunch restaurant, You&Me, served delicious food and refreshing beverages. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staffs are energetic, helpful, and nice. Facilities and activities, though partially closed, still offer plenty of things to do. A wonderful family trip. Will return when all areas are open.

We had an amazing time at Hyatt Regency. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always making us feel welcome. The property was undergoing renovations, but we didn't hear a thing and it didn't impact our stay. The Regency Club staff took great care of us, ensuring we were happy at all times. The Barai Spa was an out-of-this-world experience, truly fit for royalty. The kids loved the pool and the activities provided, like playing football on the lawn and petting the hotel rabbits. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the night markets. We can't wait to come back again in September. I highly recommend this superb resort.

The hotel had two complementary facts that were enjoyable, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was great for my needs.

The rooms were subpar and could use some updating, the staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating, and the noise level was high and disruptive during the night.

We stayed at a gorgeous hotel with outstanding and luxurious Barai Suites. The room had amazing amenities including a steam room, huge bath, and private pool. The evening cocktails and snacks were great, and the massages were out of this world. All staff, especially our in-room butler Pin, were kind and helpful. This is now our favorite hotel!

Everything is what i need and want.

The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by palm trees, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It is conveniently situated close to the city center, making it easy to access without a long walk under the hot sun during the day. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a stunning view of the beach. The bathroom is well-equipped and the service provided by the staff is exceptional. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note.

Some of the restaurants lack a bit of atmosphere, as they tend to be quiet in the evenings.

The hotel had a great location right on the beach, making it very convenient for enjoying the sun and sand. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the club lounge access, which offered delicious food and drinks. the hotel had a nice selection of restaurants, including one with a beautiful atmosphere and high-quality dishes.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few downsides. some rooms lacked balconies, which made it difficult to dry our swimwear.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, where our needs were expertly catered to from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully furnished with exclusive amenities, perfect for relaxing after a day at the outdoor swimming pool or beach access. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff attending to our every request. The spa and wellness center, with sauna, steam room, and massage services, was a highlight of our stay.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the restaurant, where the special diet menus were limited. However, there were plenty of other dining options nearby, including bar/lounge areas and snack bars that provided a variety of delicious choices.
