The staff were polite and spoke English well, the pool was clean, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, the hotel location was close to the sky train to the airport, and the rooftop pool offered a nice view.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. the hotel offered a nice selection of international TV channels to watch during downtime. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

The overall condition of the hotel was outdated and in need of maintenance. the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was not very appealing.

There have been some issues with the key cards, as they unlock any door, which could pose a security concern.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Hyde Park Hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the luxury of an international TV channel selection. The rainfall shower and big mirrors added a touch of elegance to the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. One of the key cards had trouble unlocking our door, which was a bit inconvenient.
