We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the center of everything. The friendly staff, led by the capable manager Giuseppe Marino, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The service was excellent, with attentive staff taking care of our every need. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of freshly cooked options. The hotel also boasted great facilities, including a fabulous roof terrace.

One minor drawback was the lack of an additional lounge area away from the reception.

The hotel is located just behind a lovely piazza where there are plenty of fabulous restaurants to sit outside and soak up the atmosphere. It's also conveniently close to the ancient city, making it easy to explore the sights of Rome. The rooms are well-appointed and luxurious, with thoughtful touches like complimentary welcome drinks and bottles of water.

One negative aspect is that some guests experienced difficulty with the room temperature control.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as young people. It was within walking distance of all the main tourist spots, so we could explore the city easily. We especially loved being so close to Piazza Navona, where we could enjoy the lively atmosphere and street performances. Plus, the hotel provided a beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing views at sunset, which was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The lack of a spa or massage room. Although the helpful staff would have arranged it if we had requested, it would have been more convenient if the hotel had this facility as a standard feature.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Richard Meier Executive Deluxe with Terrace, and it was a beautiful room with all the amenities we could ask for. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the service was exactly what you would expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. we highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.

We had a fantastic stay at Gaesparo and Rita's hotel, with the staff acknowledging us by name and helping us with tour tickets to see the Vatican. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything in the old area of the city. The rooms, though a bit dated, were spacious and comfortable. We loved the hotel's collection of interesting artwork, which added a unique touch to our experience. The staff were friendly and always available to assist us, even calling cabs for us whenever we needed.

The only downside we experienced was the air conditioning being turned off at 11pm. We had to complain, and the manager promptly addressed the issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. Just off Piazza Navona, it offered plenty of outstanding restaurants in a serene neighborhood of the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly, assisting us with sightseeing plans and booking external restaurants and transportation. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of choices and great quality. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with thorough room cleaning twice a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful rooftop terrace with stunning sunset views.
