We recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Phuket and had a wonderful experience. the hotel's location was perfect, with morning and night markets just down the street. the rooms were cleaned every morning, which was a great touch. the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. the hotel also had easy access to the central city, and the cable TV provided a wide range of news and entertainment channels. the breakfast offered delicious espresso and americano. we had a great stay and will definitely choose Ibis Styles again.

For the price I paid, I got great value - the room was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Joe Joe who went above and beyond. The hotel's central location made it convenient to hop on a boat to Phi Phi island and explore the local area around Phuket Old Town.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, perhaps adding more variety and options for guests.

We had a great stay at the hotel. the breakfast at Ibis Styles was excellent, with more than 25 food items to choose from. the bed linen was lovely and we appreciated the bonus of having toothpaste and disposable toothbrushes provided. the staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was clean. It's a good place to stay for a night or two, especially if you're heading to the islands as it's close to Rassada pier. We also liked that there were plenty of options for street food dinner, with a market and night market directly opposite the hotel. There was also a Tops supermarket within a 5-minute walking distance. a convenient and pleasant stay.
