The views from the room, hotel lobby/lounge, and gym are fantastic and spectacular. The location is unique and offers a peaceful atmosphere. Water sports activities are available free of charge. The room, although with slightly old towels, is clean. The staff, especially the two guys working at the beach, are friendly, polite, and always have a smile on their faces. The bathroom is lovely, with a spacious shower and excellent water pressure. The WIFI provided by Intercontinental Samui exceeds expectations in terms of speed and quality.

We loved the amazing resort view and the convenience of not needing to leave the resort. The golf carts provided were excellent for getting around without having to walk up the hills.

The staff at the resort made us feel like we were visiting family, and they were always willing to help us with anything we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms offered spectacular views and provided all amenities for my baby, including a baby cot, bath tub, and sterilizer. The hotel had 6 pools to choose from, and walking on the private pier was amazing. The staff, especially Steven and his colleagues, along with the hotel manager, made my stay memorable with their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. The lobby had an outstanding view towards "Five Islands," which is why this place is listed in the New York Times Bestseller "1,000 Places to Be Before You Die." The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and high-quality meals at the two restaurants. The hotel's elegant Thai architecture and huge garden area added to its charm. The maintenance of the rooms and villas was continuous, showing their commitment to improvement. this hotel had the best customer service and an outstanding location.

The resort provided a peaceful escape from the busyness of other resorts, with spacious and clean rooms that had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight for me was the comfortable bed and pillows, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The terrace, especially the ones facing the garden, offered a cool and serene spot in the afternoons. The complimentary transportation to the beach and back in electric cars was a convenient touch. The hotel also had excellent swimming pools, including a jacuzzi, and the food was varied and delicious, with European options available. I highly recommend opting for the half-board package. Lastly, the sunset views in the sea were absolutely splendid, providing the perfect end to each day.

We stayed one week in this hotel and enjoyed every moment! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The views from the infinity pool, Air Bar, and the beach were breathtaking. The breakfast was amazing and the food and cocktails in the restaurants were excellent. The elegant Thai architecture and the well-furnished villa added to the overall wonderful experience. The hotel team provided outstanding customer service, and the location was outstanding.

We stayed at Intercontinental Koh Samui for 3 days over New Year's and didn't even have to leave. The stunning views of the sea and the five islands were exactly what we were looking for. The infinity pool, Air Bar, and beach all provided breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast was amazing. The well-designed and spacious villas were perfect for our stay. This is definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and we will be coming back again.

I stayed at the beautiful Intercontinental Koh Samui Resort for a week and it was an unforgettable experience! The service provided by the staff, especially the Manager of operations, was extraordinary. The view and sunsets from the lobby and front row rooms were breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious choices. The rooms were well-designed with attention to detail for guest convenience. I was very satisfied with my stay!

The bathtub and bathroom facilities were top-notch. There were no hidden costs, and the hotel provided upfront information on transport and services. The hotel was also very family-friendly.

During our weekend getaway, we had a great time at a beautiful resort with stunning views. the location was incredible, with panoramic views of endless turquoise. the resort grounds were well, manicured and filled with tropical palms, shrubs, and beautiful flowers. One of the best aspects was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with any request. We also enjoyed the variety of facilities offered, including the kids club, outdoor play area, and seven pools. the breakfast buffet was of exceptional quality, and the Thai food at the on, site restaurant was delicious and prepared fresh.

Our experience did have a few drawbacks. First, the front desk staff could improve their communication skills and attentiveness.

I had an amazing time at Intercontinental Koh Samui Resort. The customer service was exceptional, with quick and helpful responses to all my inquiries before and during my stay. The 2 bedroom suite I stayed in had a stunning view of the sea and was equipped with safety gates for the kids. The hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating towards our children, even serving them mocktails in kids cups. The hotel grounds were beautiful, although it could be a bit of a walk to get around, the golf carts were always available with a short wait time. The pools were fantastic, with the Orange pool offering a shaded and jungle-like atmosphere and the Blue pool providing a stunning view of the beach. The resort's wifi was fast and accessible everywhere. The breakfast service was excellent, with attentive staff who took care of our large group. The kids club and playground were clean and well-maintained. The nearby local restaurants were convenient for dining options. Lastly, the spa massages were incredible, among the best we've ever had. I highly recommend this resort for a stunning luxury destination for families.

The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, especially during a difficult medical situation. They arranged transportation to the hospital and even sent meals and drinks to the room. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast options were varied and delicious.

There were no negative aspects to our stay at this hotel. All of our needs were met and the service was exceptional.
